The mission

To organise a conference on the rights of people with disabilities and a welcome gala dinner on the first evening.

The conference was attended by 200 participants, among them people with special needs, including wheelchair owners, those with other mobility impairments and the visually impaired, some of whom came with their guide dogs.

Our solution

Implementation of solutions for disabled people throughout the conference in terms of mobility:

Organisation of travel arrangements for participants coming from all over Europe;
Adapted transfers ;
Catering with adapted furniture;
Booking adapted accommodation;
Coordination of hostesses and stewards;
Renting of an adapted venue for the gala dinner:
- Privatisation of parking spaces and presence of the police onsite
- Presence of an onsite medical assistance
- Musical entertainment

The impact

It was a successful conference and a great logistical challenge!
