The mission

Organise a two-day conference, with plenary and workshop sessions, in order to bring together culture civil society operators with policy-makers from EU Member States and EU institutions.

Our solution

  • Ensuring a creative welcome and set-up of the event in Place Flagey, in the heart of Brussels;
  • Production of conference website and communication material;
  • Managing invitations and participants registration;
  • Organising a concert of the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, followed by a VIP dinner;
  • Taking care of speakers’ travel and accommodation needs;
  • Catering.

 

Event website

The impact

850 participants from all over Europe benefitted from the good networking opportunities our event offered. The profile of European cooperation in the field of culture was raised and constructive debate resulted.

We also created an environment in which issues related to culture in a context of future financial perspectives were also discussed.
